I believe in a therapeutic alliance that fosters self-discovery and healing.  With a deep understanding of trauma and its pervasive impact, I offer a perspective that acknowledges the nuanced ways the past can influence present experiences.

Central to my approach is the belief that genuine transformation occurs when individuals understand themselves fully.  While I do not believe that insight in and of itself is curative, I do believe that it is a crucial first step in the healing process.

What sets me apart is my specialized expertise in recognizing the subtleties of 4F trauma responses – Fight, Flight, Freeze, and Fawn – and their covert manifestations in daily life. I have a dedicated focus on helping clients connect these responses to their current challenges and fostering insight and healing.

Beyond this, I specialize in guiding recovery from emotionally abusive relationships, particularly those involving individuals high in narcissistic or sociopathic traits. Navigating the aftermath of such relationships requires a unique approach, and I am here to provide that tailored support. Drawing on my expertise in the cycle of abuse dynamics and an in-depth understanding of dark triad traits, I offer a comprehensive framework to help you untangle the complexities of your past experiences and chart a course toward healing and empowerment. Your journey to reclaim your sense of self and rebuild your life begins here.
